Returns

Here at LUXOSLED we always strive to provide the best quality products to all customers but understand that you may want to return your goods. If you wish to return your order for a particular reason please read our returns policy below and follow the steps:

• Fill in the form in the contact us page explaining reason for the return within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
• We will respond within 3 working days with address details of where to send the goods.
• The cost of return is to be covered by the customer (we recommend a tracked service).
• Please fill in the Returns form at the bottom of the page and ensure this is sent with the goods so that the goods can be identified and ensure no delays or issues with refunds.
• We will not accept liability if goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
• We must receive back the goods within 14 days of your initial contact to guarantee a refund.
• Once returned, we will inspect the items and issue a refund within 5 working days (subject to goods condition).
• All goods must be in resaleable condition and include the original packaging, if they are not, the refund will be forfeited.
